Thank you for sharing the issue that you experienced. I’m not able to visit your website, but based on description of the problem my first guess is that the theme you’re using is in conflict with the plugin.

Switch to Storefront theme and see if the problem persists.

Thank you for your patience. Settings are stored only in woocommerce_flexible_shipping_single_XXX_settings fields. Do you serialize the field value before putting it to database? During testing, I encounter an identical issue that has been connected to method_rules value which is stored as a JSON. Try to strip whitespaces and sse if the issue persists.

Thank you for posting your question. Our plugin doesn’t feature a shortcode to be placed. Currently, we support no-block themes and these using default blocks builder.

thank you for reporting these issues. Symptoms that you mention are quite generic and can be connected to various reasons.

For a start I would check compatibility issues with another plugin/theme. In your staging site switch to Storefront theme and see if that helps. If it doesn’t please disable plugins one by one and check if after any w these operations live rates will be visible correctly.
