Hi @umberto69!
Thank you for your question. To define a minimum and a maximum number of products for a specific rule choose ‘Item’ as a condition. Next, provide the numbers of your choice, fill in the cost and save changes. Take a look at this screenshot for reference: https://take.ms/HnXzs
Remember, that a maximum number for rule n should correspond to the minimum number for rule n+1.
I hope that I was able to help.
Kind regards,
GregHi there,
thank you for your patience. It seems that this problem can be fixed without a custom filter. Have you tried configuring your cost calculation rules in a different way? Please take a look at this example: https://take.ms/Gp6aEAs you can see the weight ranges end with *.5 kg accuracy which should help you to accomplish the desired scenario.
Kind regards,
GregHello,
thank you for your question. Can you please specify what would you like to achieve by changing the total weight? This would help us in proposing a correct solution.Kind regards,
GregHi @lukasz89,
thank you for sharing your problem.Debug data that you posted don’t show any cost calculation rules. Did you add any? If not, the shipping method won’t show up in the cart/checkout.
To learn how create cost calculation rules please visit our documentation.
I hope that I was able to help. In case of any additional questions feel free to post here.
Kind regards,
GregHi @densitysk

GregHello,
thank you for sharing your problem. The issue that you’re experiencing seems to be connected to the OPCache engine on your server. To make sure that our plugin works correctly – and get rid of the given error – please disable opcache.save-comments directive. You can read more about it here: https://www.php.net/manual/en/opcache.configuration.php#ini.opcache.save-commentsI hope that provided solution will be helpful.

GregHello Ari,
thank you for your question. Our plugin treats the whole order as one package. This means that it sends to API the 150 lbs weight without dividing it per product. As a result, UPS API responds with a message about exceeded weight limit.
More advanced features are available in the PRO version of the plugin, however, due to the Terms of Services of this forum, we can’t discuss details of the paid version here.
If you’d like to know more about this feel free to visit our support page: https://flexibleshipping.com/support/

Thank you for your question. To control the availability of UPS services you can make some amendments in the shipping method settings. Find the “Enable services custom settings” option and select it, you will see the following table: https://take.ms/I09s1
By selecting appropriate checkboxes you can control which services are visible and which are not.
I hope this answers your question.
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Shipping Live Rates for DHL Express for WooCommerce] testingHello,
Thank you for the clarification. To use test credentials you need to enable test mode. You can do it by adding the following filter to the functions.php file of your theme:
add_filter('flexible_shipping_dhl_express_testing','__return_true');
It will result in displaying this option in plugin settings: https://take.ms/EnV1h
I hope that I was able to help!
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Shipping Live Rates for DHL Express for WooCommerce] testingHi again,
I’m not sure if I understand the problem correctly. What exactly would you like to test and what is the issue with the URL?Our plugin connects to DHL Express API to get shipping rates in real-time. If you want to test the plugin you need to install it in your shop or use our demo account. To be able to pull live rates you need to have an active DHL account. I encourage you to read this article: https://docs.flexibleshipping.com/article/422-dhl-express-how-to-create-an-account
Kind regards,
Greg
