In reply to: [Shipping Live Rates for DHL Express for WooCommerce] testingHi again,
thank you for clarifying. This plugin is free, so you don’t need to pay to install it on your site and test if it fits your needs. There is a paid version available, however, we can’t discuss its details on this forum – please contact us via https://flexibleshipping.com/support/

In reply to: [Shipping Live Rates for DHL Express for WooCommerce] testingHello,
thank you for your question.I’m not familiar with that testing tool from DHL. Moreover, the provided link leads to 404.
Can you please explain what would you like to test exactly?
Kind regards,
GregHello again,
thank you for sharing these screenshots. The list of items shown on the images is not added by Flexible Shipping – it appears also when you use Flat Rate which is built-in in Woocommerce. If you want to remove the list of items from the shipping box please get in touch with Woocommerce support.
Kind regards,
Grzegorz TurbasaHello,
thank you for your question. Can you please include a screenshot of the list that you’re mentioning? I’m not certain I I correctly understand where the problem is so a clarification will be much appreciated.
Kind regards,
Grzegorz TurbasaBecause there are no new posts in this thread I’m marking it as resolved.
Hi again Joe,
thank you for the screenshots. I reproduced this problem on our test instance, however, it seems that it’s not connected to our plugin. The issue is caused by the Woocommerce rounding mechanism which rounds the cost of a shipment before applying a tax. As a result, 4,125 actually becomes 4,13 and after the tax is added it ends up being 4.96 gross.
I encourage you to escalate this problem to Woocommerce support.
Let me know if I could be of any help!
Kind regards,
GrzegorzHi again Joe,
understood, in this case, I will need some additional information to investigate the problem. Can you please add screenshots showing your general tax settings, tax settings for a shipping method, and a table with shipping costs?Hello Joe,
thank you for your question. In one of the previous versions, we had a bug with the wrong tax amount calculation. However, it has been already fixed. Can you please let me know which plugin version do you use?
Sincerely,
GrzegorzHello Micha?,
thank you for your patience. The solution for shipping cost rounding error is ready. Please update the plugin to the newest version to fix the problem.Kind regards,
GrzegorzHello,
reviewing posts I realized that I provided an answer for Flexible Shipping instead of UPS plugin – sorry for the inconvenience!Adjustments to rates provided by UPS are available in PRO version of the plugin. However, we can’t discuss details of paid plugin in this forum. If you want to know more feel free to get in touch: https://flexibleshipping.com/support/
Hi there,
thank you for your kind words!Of course, you just need to select “Price” in Conditions column, provide range of total value and a cost of the shipment.
I hope that it helps, let me know if you need anything more.
