Flexible Shipping doesn’t come with Mondial Relay support. Do you use any 3rd party plugin to add relay points to your checkout?

From the provided screenshots I can tell that your weight ranges for Royal Mail methods are not correct. Let’s start by fixing them: each range should be a continuation of a previous one: https://take.ms/boLUm

Currently it’s a bit messy – e.g. one weight is covered by two rules.

Thank you for your question. UPS plugin is a live rate plugin and its main purpose is to present UPS plugin rates in the checkout. Currently, the plugin does not offer requesting a pickup or creating a shipping label.

We consider these features for future development and we will inform if they are available in following releases.
