I have the same issue with Azure CDN:
Content Delivery Network object support via?mirror?is currently?enabled?and?not authorized.
Content Delivery Network full-site-delivery support via?None?is currently?disabled?and?not authorized.
CDN enabled, set up as Generic Mirror.
SSL Support set to: Auto and Replace site’s hostname with: my CND endpoint name.
When i hit Test mirror, Test Passes
