In reply to: [WooCommerce] Translation loadingHi?@dk1204,
Thanks for getting back to us and letting us know the issue still persists even after updating WooCommerce to the latest version.
Could you please provide us with a screenshot so that we can see what you are describing?
If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Taxes by Date report critical errorThanks for sending us the status report of your site @amberwellhealth!
I tested on my site but couldn’t replicate the issue. After checking the status report of your site, it appears your PHP version is outdated. As a next step, I strongly recommend updating the PHP version to the latest version and see if the issue is resolved: PHP Version: 8.1.30 –> 8.3.13
I suggest completing this step on a staging site or creating a backup of your site before proceeding. You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.
Hi?@theqland,
I want to look closely at your current setup, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please upload it to this thread.

Hi @jdaniel,
It’s a pleasure! I’m glad you were able to find the culprit.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you need help with anything else, please don’t hesitate to start a new thread and we’ll be glad to assist.Hi @jdaniel,
I understand the Mailpoet signup form is not appearing on your site in Firefox but works fine in other browsers.
This is likely caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. Read more about plugin and theme conflicts in our Self-Service Guide.
**How to test for conflicts**
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to:
1. Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three theme.
2. Try to reproduce the problem: If the problem is resolved, it’s a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next steps.
3. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. You can do this manually or use a plugin to help (see below for tools).
4. Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it’s a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. For more detailed instructions, check out How to test for plugin and theme conflicts.
**Tools to help with troubleshooting**
Meks Quick Plugin Disabler will remember what plugins you had active when you switch it back on.

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Newsletter formHi @moneli1,
I understand the MailPoet newsletter form used to work fine without any issue but you’re now is mailpoet codes instead of the form.
As a next step, could you direct us on how to replicate the issue on your site and if possible, provide us with a full-page screenshot of the page you’re seeing the codes.
Looking forward to your reply!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Design suggestionHi @tuttle,
Thank you for the feedback and for the?feature?recommendation!
It would be great to have you add your ideas as a feature?request, which is where developers go to look for future plugin?features and improvements.
One of the?features of the ideas board is that the developers can update the status of the idea, to indicate if it is a planned?feature?or in development. By creating or voting on an idea, you will be automatically notified of any changes to the idea, so you will be the first to know when there are any updates of the status of the idea.?
Thank you!
Hi @goldmare,
I understand until recently, you started having issues with MailPoet where your newsletters are not being sent out automatically as they should but you see a notice that it’ll be sent six hours later.
Can you please send us the following information:
– A screenshot of the?MailPoet?> Help > System Status?page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.
– Copy and paste the information from?MailPoet?> Help > System Info.
Hi there, @tamsin-carter
Thanks for reaching out!
In your case, I’d recommend creating a series of similar newsletters and schedule them accordingly: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/344-create-a-standard-newsletter
Please note that only Post Notification emails can be sent recurringly.
Thank you!
Hi @aldoalfaro,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
The?
fatal
?error you are seeing is currently a known issue that our team is?working on here.
Some initial testing indicates that there is a conflict with another plugin. With that being said, can you please create a support ticket via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/? I’d like to add it to the bug report so we can let you know once it has been fixed.
