Hi @masterplanweb,
I am reaching out to you regarding an issue that has been causing significant problems for my business. I recently contacted the WooCommerce team via email and the help form concerning a suspended deposit, but I have not received any response from them. This lack of communication is frustrating and has been adversely affecting my business operations.
I’m sorry about your experience with WooCommerce Payments. I can imagine how frustrating it must be not receiving deposits from your sales.
Apologies for the delay in replying to your query, as we are having a high volume of tickets as of late. I have been able to locate the ticket and escalated your issue.
Thank you for your understanding! We’ll be in touch via email.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Payement input not showing up for non logged-in usersHi there,
Thank you for contacting us!
Payement input not showing up for non logged-in users
I understand that the credit card payment method field is inactive on your site when a user is not logged.
After taking a look at your site’s setup, I see that your Astra theme is a bit out of date, could you update it to the latest version
4.1.4
and see how it goes.If the issue persists after updating your Astra them version, I’d suggest a conflict test on the site by first temporarily switching to the Storefront theme and see if that resolves the issue. For more detailed instructions, check out How to test for plugin and theme conflicts
Let us know how it goes!
