Hey @tanmay-kumar-das,
I submitted some test submissions using the forms on that page, and I was able to successfully view the submissions in the Forms tab within Hubspot.
Since the forms on your website are non-HubSpot forms, they will appear as new forms in the forms table. Form “#CollentedForm .elementor-form, .elementor-form-waiting” and “#newsletter .elementor-form, .elementor-form-waiting”.
Here’s why: the HubSpot tracking code intercepts the form “submit” event and sends the submission to HubSpot, along with the form’s HTML identifiers. The first time you receive a submission for a non-HubSpot form, HubSpot will automatically create the form for you—there’s no need to manually create it. It uses these identifiers as the default name.
You should be able to see any new contacts from form submissions in the Contacts Tab.
I hope this explanation resolves your issue. If you have any further questions or need more assistance, feel free to reach out.

GearoidCould you send me the URL where the form capture is not happening?

Some of the information in this tutorial is outdated.?
Our newer versions of the plugin have made the process of adding the latest version of the tracking code automatic, eliminating the need for manual intervention. Can you confirm that you have installed the latest version of?HubSpot All-In-One Marketing – Forms, Popups, Live Chat?plugin??
The current latest version is?10.1.28Once you have the correct version installed, you will need to connect the plugin to your HubSpot account. You can do this by signing in through the WordPress left sidebar. Just click on “Hubspot,” and it will take you to the sign-in page.
After successfully signing in, the plugin should start capturing non-HubSpot form submissions and sending them to your HubSpot account.
Let me know if this resolves the issue. Feel free to reach out if you have any further problems or questions.
Best Regards,

Can you record a HAR file of you resetting the plugin using the ‘Reset plugin’ button in the ‘Settings’ tab, reconnecting the plugin, and clicking on the ‘Forms’ tab?
This HAR file will capture any errors that occur and will help us debug the issue. Here are?instructions?on how to capture a HAR file.
Please email it to our support email: wordpress-support-groups@hubspot.com

GearoidHey @pravinlpatel,
The widget placement can be configured in your ‘Inbox Settings’.
The ‘Live Chat’ page has a link to your ‘Inbox Settings’. You can also find a link to it in your portal on Hubspot.com in ‘Conversations’ -> ‘Inbox’When in the ‘Inbox Settings’, hover over ‘Chat (Live Chat & Chatbots) and click ‘Edit’.
You should see the ‘Chat widget placement’ in the ‘Configure’ tab.I hope this helps!

GearoidHi,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’ve tested the link with an iPad air and iPhone and seems to be appearing correctly.
Are you still facing this issue?Best Regards,
GearoidHi,

Do you have any ad-blocker installed? If yes, can you try disabling them?
If that doesn’t fix the issue, can you tell me what browser are you using?
If it is Firefox, you may need to disable its ‘Enhanced Tracking Protection’ feature for your site. It can be disabled by clicking on the shield icon to the left of the URL and clicking on the toggle.Best Regards,

I understand that after adding your domain to your Cookiebot account, Cookiebot will scan your website for cookies to block. If this is not working, I recommend raising this issue on the Cookiebot plugin support page to see if it is an issue on their side.
Some things to check for are:
- Have you added your Cookiebot ID in the Cookiebot plugin Settings? Is the domain in this account?
- Is ‘Cookie-blocking mode’ set to ‘Automatic’ in Settings? This should block all non-necessary cookies.
Alternatively, it may be possible to manually block by following the Cookiebot guides.
If none of the above work then HubSpot has settings for customising cookies however it requires showing the HubSpot cookie banner. Knowledge Base article

GearoidHi Alex,
Thanks for reaching out.
Is there an error message after you click on the ‘Sign in’ button?
If yes, can you send a screenshot of it to our support email at wordpress-support-groups@hubspot.com?Also, can you record a HAR file and include it in the email? It could help us debug the issue. Here are instructions on how to capture a HAR file.

GearoidHi @teis741,
We have patched our forms script that was causing this issue.
Forms with mandatory checkboxes, added using shortcodes, will work as expected now.
Can you update to the latest version of the plugin and confirm it’s working for you?
Best regards,
Gearoid
