Hi Josie, finally sorted it.
My theme needed updating so I did that and that solved the .js file problem. I then deactivated all of my plugins and activated one by one and narrowed it down to one I don’t really use – and now it all works – happy days!

Hi Josie I think it may be a plugin clash as the shortcodes .is file is where it’s meant to be. I shall get back to you with my findings. Thanks, Danny

Hi Josie sorry to keep pestering, I deleted and reinstalled the plugin and all appears fine until I get to open a page and I get this message.

what can I do please?

Hi Josie, changed to WP4.6 and turned off my plugins – still no luck. But got my IT guys to sort the .php file and it now lets me create a webforms, so thanks very much for that.

If you would like to check my website and theme I will send you the details if you want and can give me a secure place to put them.

Hi Josie, thanks for the reply – sorry I replied to the email that came directly to me which I realise was a no-reply address.

I last used EWZ in May and since then have changed my theme and inserted a couple of plugins but I have in the past 10 minutes deactivated all of my plugins and still it gives me the problem, the new theme is

Photography by ThemeGoods, version 1.7 and my WP version is 4.5.3

I haven’t as yet amended the .php file though.

Hi Josie, php 5.4 appears to work! my web host control panel allowed me to choose from quite a range of versions which was handy. I can now log back into my site without getting that error message.

Hi Josie, thanks for the update, sadly I’m still getting an error message – it looks slightly different. I have deactivated the plugins that might be causing it but no change.

Hi Josie, sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
I uninstalled the previous version and uploaded a new version.
I have tried this tonight and all seems well until I come to download the data and I get this which seems to be pretty much the same as last time.
I haven’t touched the .php files (I have no idea about those things) and the only thing I did differently between the first ever upload and getting the last, and this, error was install a plugin called – Sucuri Security – so I don’t know if it is clashing with that. would appreciate your advice please.
