When we attempted to sign up for the free trial your software said we were not eligible for the free trial. Which is why we were forced to purchase the Pro in order to test it out.

We’ve also attempted contact on this exact issue 5 times with zero response from anyone. All we are simply trying to do is figure out how to upgrade. When you click the upgrade button in the admin panel it simply takes you to the purchase page where you can be charged full price for the premium license.

What we are trying to do is upgrade from Pro to Premium, but since we’ve already paid the $119 there should be something in place to upgrade for $110 (or whatever the total is) instead of having to pay full price all over again and essentially have two licenses.

But this affirms my point that you are very difficult to work with in the fact that it took 4 times of emailing and a phone call to Germany over 5 days ago (which we still haven’t got a response from) Only to finally be acknowledged because we left a 1 star review as a last-ditch attempt at getting some sort of response from you.

I can send a screenshot of the install. We have both 2.7 and 3.6 python installed. pdfminer in 2.7 and pdfminer.six in 3.6. Are you on slack or how would you like me to get it to you?

Confirmed the error was a catpcha error pulling from the comment section on the amp pages. We have figured out a work around solution for now.

The issue is PHP-CSS-Parser when combined with MailPoet (in our environment). PR fixed our issue and performs stable in testing. Thanks for the help @westonruter

Any updates? I have checked the endpoints and created the resource in my Azure dashboard to make sure the endpoint and key are true, which they are. Still having zero luck with the plugin working.

Do you have slack or another means of communication for troubleshooting other then this forum?

    (@guardian88)

yes, but nothing is showing up in the media logs in the alt text area. I get the same result for all images in that test link you provided, but nothing is appearing or being entered for indexing site wise. I’m not sure what i’m doing wrong.
