Cory, I’m not sure what you are telling me.
How do I make sure the localhost file is pointing to the domain name of my development web site?
My localhost is setup using DeskTopServer which is a program that allows me to easily move between a developer (localhost) and a live site. Haven’t had any problems until just recently.
I tried deleting the .htaccess file to see if it would re-build on my iMac which it did but still can’t access the site through my browser.
Ok, I bought the $19 version. I still can’t figure out how to get text on the left side and a series of book covers on the left.
The text should say static, i.e., doesn’t change while the slider will have several changing book covers.
Isn’t this possible?
I tried putting the text in a two-column with the slider in the second column but that doesn’t work either.
Thanks. Is this capability in the paid version?
I’d like to know this also. I have a Welcome page that tells about the books I have read and reviewed. I like to have the slider plugin to work on the right half of this page with the text on the left.
I’ve tried using a table but the slider shortcake doesn’t work in the tables.
Please answer.

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] JS Sorting problemsThanks TobiasBg.
I noticed that I had hidden my first row but I also had checked that it was the header row. Once I unchecked that then everything worked just like on my development site.
Thanks again for your help. I really appreciate your tablepress plugin.

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] JS Sorting problemsSorry, but I’ve got the same problem. I am not able to read the code. My coding ability is very limited. I do have the same tables on my development site (localhost) and it looks/works just fine.
I need some help!!
