this is a useless response.
The solution is coding a plug-in that is robust enough not to have this problem. or conversely, have jetpack look at the environment and point out a problematic plug-in.

It looks like Jetpack (or the WP core) ought to check for sufficient disk head room before attempting an install, or perhaps generate a generic check space error, when installs fail.

I’ve deleted the entire content of the plug-ins folder
Jetpack won’t install… generates a file error every time…we are testing on several. https://coloradomedia.co is one of them
