I have just sent you the problem description with the screenshots again by mail.

btw.. I’m using this plugin to store the CF7 input https://de.www.ads-software.com/plugins/advanced-cf7-db/

and this plugin to further upload all values to a google spreadsheet https://de.www.ads-software.com/plugins/advanced-form-integration/

When I open the email or result tab again, I always first see the original state as it was after the initial installation. Only after I press Ctrl+F5 I always see my changes again … please fix this bug in one of the next QSM updates.

btw – I’m not using any (backend) caching tool on my site. The failure was still present even if I disable all other plugins … also on different browsers … really strange.

SOLVED

Support and Dev Team couldn’t help me … I found the failure by myself after days:

Email and Response Tab was getting object cached. So my changes was getting saved, but I didn’t saw them on screen till I completely refresh (Strg+F5) the Backend-site. I never experienced such a behaviour of a plugin within the wp-backend before. You have to fix this within the php code of your plugin!
