Thank you for your suggestions. I’ve followed the steps you provided, including:
- Disabling JavaScript caching, minification, and other related options in LiteSpeed Cache. (This had already been done previously due to a payment form issue with SureCart.)
- Adding a query string parameter (
?v=123
) to bypass the cache and testing the quiz again.
- Clearing the server-level cache from my hosting provider.
Unfortunately, the issue persists despite these actions. Users still encounter the same problem when trying to start the quiz.
Could you kindly suggest additional troubleshooting steps or investigate further?
