And I am NOT complaining about this website or it’s customer service. I was reviewing the plugin Ultra Booking Pro and all comments are a review of their customer service, not WordPress.

Again, you are not talking about the customer service which is my complaint. I am not complaining about the app, plugin, or theme… anywhere. I just expect when I pay for the pro version specifically for the customer service that they will get back to me “within 24-48 hours” as stated on your website. And with 3 emails and no response… THAT is what I am complaining about.

Thanks for your reply and response. Regardless of the plugin’s features or my theme causing errors in your plugin, I still had to delay my website launch due to no response from customer service. All it would have taken was a quick response stating you were looking into the matter to please me. It should not take a bad review for you to finally respond.

Thanks for the suggestions. It did work with the twenty twelve theme. I was able to find a place in the current, Salutation, theme where I was able to change the page layout which corrected the issue.
