1) For remove slider Find flexslider.css file in css folder of theme and open this file.
2) find .flexslider at line no 47 in this file and
remove this

.flexslider {
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0;
}

add this

.flexslider {
  display: none;
}

You can also remove Front page middle Sidebar Text from front-page.php file.

Yes it is possible to add picture inside main box content with help of HTML tag

<img src="your image url" alt="" />

For remove recent box icons hover zoom effect :
1) find and open front-page.php file in your theme folder.
2) Find recentpost in this file and remove rel=”home_group” class=”hover_zoom” from <a> tag in side recent-post class div.
3) For remove slider Find flexslider.css file in css folder of theme and open this file.
4) find .flexslider at line no 47 in this file and
remove this

.flexslider {
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0;
}

add this

.flexslider {
  display: none;
}

It is not a issue. Like Dislike button only work on post single page in theme and at blog post page only show counts of like/dislike.

And you can only like/dislike or vote a post one time after-that if you click on buttons give a message “already voted”.

Hi,

You can increase size of featured image from style.css file. Find .front-page-box .box-container .textwidget > a
class in style.css file and change height and width of image.

And for single post page post image size add below CSS in style.css file

.single-post #content .post-image img {height:300px;}

you can change height of image according to your need.

For Slider :
1) Go to WP main menu >> Appearance >> Bizstudiolite Options >> Slider Configuration.
2) Upload Slider images and click on save options button.
3) Refresh your site.

You can also use static image option, for this:
1) go to WordPress Backend panel >> Appearance >> Full Width Background Gallery >> DISPLAY SETTINGS >> click on On button to Off after that your background gallery option is off.
2)then go to Appearance >> Bizstudiolite Options >> General Settings >> Custom Background >> select color and upload your static background image then select no repeat , top center , fixed in place.
3) save options.
