it is a jquery issue …I have same problems it must be a css issue …
I will look at it and tell you if I found thats wrong …Sometimes it is a big problems with just ? ? ? with plugins and themes for us from Sweden.
Please make a search on google for “? ? ? wordpress plugin show wrong characters” and it is a lot of info out there.
