Andrew001 because of the limitation of Themes in English (not saying there are none in any other language)on the 8th of August we will release the latest Guru Manager update which has multi-language support for themes. This is a 26-Themes-in One, widget ready customizable theme that allows you to alter Graphics, Header, Fonts, Google AdSense, Colors and Navigation links and text from your sidebar after login.

Feel free to check out the latest version at the Demo site. This will solve your problem. Other than that you will have to find a Theme that is in German.

I would also like to thank Thomas and the gang for an amazing additional benefit to the community. Krivetsky I too had to wait for Thomas to get around to providing access to update (especially as our Guru Manager Theme initially used the database) so showed errors on the “Test Run”.

However I was provided with access and was able to sort out the problem and delighted with the download rate. Be patient and grateful for all the work gone into the Theme site. Without it we would still be sloshing around in the depths of a Google Search ??

If you use a widgets dynamic sidebar in your theme you can have a Recent Posts inserted into anywhere on the sidebar. Have a look at our Guru Manager Theme Site.

The Theme itself is customizable for Colors, Navigation Bar Links, Google AdSense and has 26 Header Graphics as well as being Widget Ready. You can mess around in our Demo Site but essentially any Widget Ready Theme would solve your problem.

Our Guru Manager Theme has the ability to alter the colors, links, graphics, navigation bars and Google AdSense positioning once logged in (no HTML knowledge required) It comes with 26 Header graphics included but you can upload as many new header grapics as you like. Guru Manager WordPress theme has just had an upgrade with the removal of reliance on database installation.

Now it is unzip and upload. Change two folders to CHMOD 777 plus 5 files and that is it. It automatically updates from your existing installation seemlessly.

Also we have altered the Theme to accomodate Dynamic Sidebar Widget integration and thrown in a few more Graphic Banners to choose from (26 in total).

It seems a week is a long time in Politics but it is also a long time in the development of a WordPress Theme from launch to the next upgrade.

Guru Manager Theme has just been upgraded and we removed the reliance on the Database by moving the data to text files. This allows for a simpler install process and also to be nice we included a few more Banner Graphics to chose from on your Blog (26 in total now).

Update on Guru Manager Theme. Now Dynamic Sidebar Widget ready. Latest version available for download or use Bugfix (5 files) to upgrade existing installation.

include_once(“function.php”);

This was missing in the downloaded version
We issued a Bugfixv1.1
But if you simply add this to line 67 of your Sidebar.php it should sort out that matter.

Okay Bug fixed. The reason it took us a bit longer was that it worked on some servers and not on others. We finally sorted it out. Updated the ZIP and also for those who have it already installed simply download the Bug Fix for Guru Manager v1.1 it has only 4 files (index.php – function.php – sidebar.php – navbar.php). Unzip these and upload to Guru Manger Theme directory and it should work okay.

Kay, Sorry we found a little bug to do with the Cookie. Will have it fixed in the morning. In the meantime have a play around with the Demo site where we removed the Cookie. Check back for the fix within 24 hours or RSS this feed to catch it when we have uploaded it.

I thought the days of Upper case and Lower case letters in a link were gone. The files were saved with lowercase and when I changed them to Upper, the problem was resolved.

Thanks Piggy, yes the Guru Manager seems to be missing from the post. Piggy has the link right and it will get you to the download page. It is provided under GPL so anyone who wants to can play as much as they like with it.
