No, I use simple .png pictures, no custom code.
Now I tried to reproduce the problem, but suddenly everything is fine.
I installed a fresh wordpress Installation and installed your plugin. The link was working fine. But after activation the picture, the link was only working for the picture (not for text). But the pictue link was wrong (described above).
My last changes: I installed the old link-Manager plugin (0.1-beta from wordpress) and deactivated and deleted your plugin. Today I reactivated your plugin (same Version, all links are still in database). And now Image and Text Link are fine.
