In reply to: Change Page order.Dough!
The solution was pretty obvious:
In the dashboard, go to ‘apearence’, ‘widget’, and ‘edit’ under pages. Change the drop down to ‘sort by: page order’. Remember to click ‘save settings’.This was probably the first place I should have looked.

In reply to: Page order in sidebarHi lornapeck
Thanks for your post! I had been pulling out hair for about an hour, before I read your post.

In reply to: Change Page order.I have the same problem as charissaproctor.
The pages are ordered nicely according to number in the
Dashboard>edit pages. It is not a cache problem, because I can make changes in to the pages and this is updated on the web.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: WordPress TinyMCE EditorI have another problem with timyMCE: In ‘html’ mode the cursor is text window is jumping to the top of the text, whenever I stop typing. It is very annoing because you never know where the cursor is.
I tried your trick, to copy editor_template.js, but it did not help.

In reply to: MS Word TableThanks whooami that solves it!
To others that might need this help: Here is a like that describes how to write HTML directly in the blog. It works with a bit of tweak you can get the table to look like you want.https://www.htmlcodetutorial.com/tables/
It would probably also be possible to define a tabel template in CSS, but that is too advanced for me.

In reply to: MS Word TableOK, I understand what you say ‘whooami’, but what if you want to have a table in wordpress that looks ‘nice’, in the sense that you control the background color of the cells and the size of the rows?
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: MS Word TableThis is also my experience. There is nothing wrong with the tables, it is just that they look very plain in wordpress. I guess there is no support for shading the backgound color or changing the size of the cells.
