    Hi Mike,
Please can you check the ticket again: I need an email address to associate with the account. Thanks!

#557799. I haven’t yet listed the shopping cart problem but will do so now.

I don’t have a Slack account, Mike. Is there some other way I can PM you?

At the moment I am losing revenue to this bug. No-one can buy anything on my site because they now can’t view their cart or check out.

I have an open support ticket but no-one’s got back to me yet on that front.

    View Cart is also broken.

This wasn’t broken this morning; it’s happened in the past 5 hours I think. Having added an item to my shopping cart, I now can’t view the cart to check out.

    Hi Mike,

Basically, multi-part downloads on my site are NOT functioning at the moment. The email that gets auto-generated only contains one file, not all of them; if I force-generate a correct email, none of the links actually reach a downloadable file (they report “no file defined. Go to shop”); and, on top of that, the My Account pages for my customers have stopped working ??

    Any idea what’s happening?

I think I’m having a similar problem. I tried using Order Actions > Regenerate Download Permissions followed by Order Actions > Resend Completed Order from the back end to try to force WC3.0.1 to send a multi-part download link to a customer (which it wasn’t doing automatically); but when I do that, the links in the email simply take the customer to a page that says “No file defined. Go to shop”.

Also: the My Account page pointed to by [woocommerce_my_account] is not functional any more. It’s just blank.

Pleeeeease, WC guys, help us out!

Aargh. The workaround I thought I’d found (in the previous post) doesn’t actually work. Although the email gets sent out with apparent links in place, when the customer clicks on them, they just get an error saying “No file defined. Go to shop”.

On the Order page, selecting Order Actions > Regenerate Download Permissions makes the proper files appear in the Order page; and then selecting Order Actions > Resend Completed Order does send the correct list of downloads to the customer. So I can, currently, work round this – but only manually.

    As I said, I’m on WC3.0.1 so… any help much appreciated…

    Hi Mike,

I’m on 3.0.1 and the issue still persists for me. When I go to the relevant order, the only permission that’s been granted for download is for the ReadMe file; all the other files have been ignored, even though they’re listed on the product page itself. And only the ReadMe file has been sent out as a link to the customer; and only the ReadMe file appears on their User Area page on our site.

So – something is still not right I’m afraid ??

PS – The email issue is also solved; I’m receiving order info emails as before, and customers are receiving their download links via email as they should. So I’m going to say one last big thank you and mark this as resolved. Very nicely done!

You, sir, are a star. That’s done it. Not only do the edit interface buttons now work, but my two missing products have come back to life.

I’m kicking myself that I didn’t catch this myself – I thought I’d disabled each of the plugins in turn and tested, but I clearly missed that one.

Mike, thank you – not only is that a ton of support, but you’ve also taught me a thing or two about using Chrome for troubleshooting! Much appreciated. If only all developers put in this amount of time ??

Hovering over it with the mouse seems to reveal that it’s to do with WordPress SEO, which is showing as v4.0.3:1

    Is that what you mean?

I can’t make any sense of the subsequent error, though – the one that starts

“load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=hoverIntent,common,admin-bar,wp-pointer,heartbeat,autosave,wp-ajax-resp…:654 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘hasClass’ of undefined”

    :-S

It’s also now showing the following:

Okay, I loaded that page in WP edit mode in Chrome and get the following error in the Console pane:

Like I said, I’m not good at this stuff, but clearly there’s some kind of select2 exception happening. Are you able to tell me what’s causing it and what I can do? This is all over my site.

    Non-functional button #1

    Non-functional button #2

    Non-functional button #3

What I meant about permalinks is that I can’t edit them. The “Edit” button on the product page has no effect any more. Neither do several of the other buttons – see screenshots above. This loss of functionality has only cropped up since installing WC 3.0.0.
