I was using “simple tournament brackets” and I was under the impression that “tournamatch” was a more robust and paid plugin because on the tournamatch website it reads: “If you’re having a technical issue, have a pre-sale inquiry”

I don’t know why I could not start the tournament with 16. It worked fine with 8. I’ve given up.

To others who are thinking about this plug in:

I was trying out the free version to see if it would work for us before buying the paid version, and glad I tested first.

Note that I could not get it to work with more than 8 teams. I tried 16 and 32 and when I try to start the tournament, it says I don’t have the correct number of players, even when I do… and the maker, Tournamatch not replied after 3 days.

He explained it properly.

The error message when you try to add a user:
Error: Passwords don’t match. Please enter the same password in both password fields.

but there is just one Field to type the password.

Solution I found:
I disabled “admin columns” plug in and then I was able to add a user.

I have the same problem.

All my redirects are gone after upgrading. I didn’t have them written down so now I am trying to re-program.

Also, when carrying a parameter from a rodio select, it doesn’t work. It’s adding some characters like BD% the URL looks like this;

domain.com?variableDB%D=test

I have the same problem with ultimate member 2.1.6 and Avada 6.2.3

This was the fix for me. Go to
wp-content/themes/Avada/includes/class-avada-nav-walker-megamenu.php

Change this line:
php do_action( ‘wp_nav_menu_item_custom_fields’, $item_id, $item, $depth, $args );

to this
php do_action( ‘wp_nav_menu_item_custom_fields’, $item_id, $item, $depth, $args, $id );

WP Mail SMTP support is now unresponsive to my emails, even though I am a paying customer.

Try POST SMTP. It worked for me.

Yes, it WP smtp mail will NOT send an email if using gmail sender

I actually uninstalled, and reinstalled it.

I have a copy of my site I took 3 months ago and it has been unchanged since then. The only thing I do is update the plug ins as needed. The copy site has the same problem.

Have you been able to reproduce the problem yet?

At some point, I also got the same error from Yoast SEO when I went to tools, site health.

An error occurred while checking whether your site can be found by search engines. cURL error 28. This error has gone away since I stopped using wp mail smtp.

WP mail SMTP stopped sending emails thru gmail smtp at 12:15am EST Friday morning. I worked 18 hours trying to fix it, troubleshooting, etc. I hired two different developers to help me and paid them $200 each. Both devs were stumped. Then I hired a server specialist and paid him $100 for an hour and he was stumped too.
I was convinced it was a smtp auth problem with gmail, but it was not.

I had switched from gmail to sendgrid and then I could get contact form 7 emails, but no emails from other plugins on the website.

Solution: I installed post smtp as a last resort. It’s working.

I cannot tell you how mad I am right now, especially since I am a paying customer and when I emailed them, instead of contacting their devs, they gave me the “give us your credentials and we will have a look”.

And they have not replied to this thread.

are your other websites on the same server or different servers?

I have the same problem. It started about 16 hours ago. I’ve been working on this for 16 hours. Exhausted. I don’t know how to fix it.

I paid my developer $200 USD to fix the problem. Happy with the fix. I’ll have my dev post here and you can contact him if you want to hire him.
