This is not wpForo core related issue, try changing your theme it may be the problem maker.

This problem is not related with wpForo, it comes from your theme or from another plugin. In the screenshot, you can see that there is CSS code in your website which comes from another theme or plugin, you need to find out what’s making the changes to the CSS code.
