I checked all of the things you listed and they are all correct. Stores and the map have the same categories assigned. The correct longitutde and latitude are saved. Th radius is inputted as this:

5,10,25,50,100,200,[500]

I reloaded the map and it worked correctly! Not sure what happened but it is fixed. Thank you!

Hmmm. I tried using that shortcode you listed here and also [site_reviews class=”columns-3″] but neither worked.

Yeah I am familiar with the Featured Image option. That is how it used to be but the Featured Image option has disappeared.
