The issue is still present. We also got this error again today when customer selects pay upon invoice during checkout
“Moving to the “SHIPPING_ADDRESS_INVALID” error, this message is generated by PayPal when there’s an issue with the shipping details provided during a transaction. It’s possible that there might be some customization in your checkout process that is omitting necessary fields, which PayPal requires under certain circumstances. For instance, if you are selling virtual products and have removed certain checkout fields instead of marking the products as virtual, this could lead to problematic scenarios. PayPal might then expect shipping details but not receive any. Could you confirm if this could be the case? This is an assumption at this stage, but confirmation will help us diagnose the problem more accurately.”
Answer: No, I can’t confirm. We did not remove any field at woocommerce checkout and we only sell physical products not virtual items. Our shop has been running for years now and we initially used the standard PayPal payment plugin provided by woocommerce. Never faced any issues with the shipping address. All the error messages when a customer pays with Paypal have only been appearing since we started using your plugin. Super unprofessional.New error: SHIPPING_ADDRESS_INVALID Provided shipping address is invalid.
Checked the shipping address which was provided by the customer and it exists!!!!!!not using taxes is a pretty stupid suggestion!
once again we have a new error… we are on the verge of deactivating the plugin because it just doesn’t work all the time. the ratings here speak volumes!

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Error when using ratepayUnfortunately, more problems with the plugin came up now. We received several orders yesterday with duplicate order and payment. All of them with PayPal. This never happened with the standard PayPal plugin from Woocommerce. I really can’t understand why there are so many problems with your plugin. We now have to refund duplicate payments to several customers. I wonder if this is also a known problem?
