Its not possible to set the date in post, you need to set all the things in the campaign, like date(when to expire the countdown) and just put the shortcode of the campaign in your WP pages or Post.

1. There is an addon of unlimited campaign with this you can create multiple campaign, We give 1 campaign in the free version and it is the nature of the business, we can not give everything free, you need to buy if want to create multiple campaign.

2. If you create any campaign that will save in the campaign list so can edit it later, if it is not happening at you end, you can submit a ticket for this at https://www.pageexpirationrobot.com/v2/plugin-support/

3. Evergreen timer works fine and there must be some conflict with other plugin at your end, as I said above you can submit a ticket for this.

It is very easy to add the timer on OP pages. Yo need to follow the below steps.
1. Open the Live editor section of your OP page.
2. Click on any ‘Add Element’ button on the page where you want to add the timer.
3. Now search for Custom HTML/Shortcode option and click on this.
4. Now copy the created campaign short code and paste it here and click on ‘Insert’ button.
5. Click on ‘Save and Close’ button.
6. View the page and you will see the counter at your page.
