I am going to assume that you did the 6 steps that the WordPress Multisite documentation sends, I am also going to assume that all this is about a new site and not an existing one.

Before installing a multisite, have you tried a normal WordPress installation, has it worked for you?

Can you activate WordPress Debug mode and check if there are any errors?

Can you check what version of PHP you are using?

Can you check if the files have the proper permissions?

After check the code a bit, the problem has to do with the wordpress-social-stream plugin, it tries to import a file called (https://file.myfontastic.com/n6vo44Re5QaWo8oCKShBs7/icons.css) but it fails to do so and this is why the site takes a long time to load, my recommendation is to disable it and find another plugin option to replace it.

This can go through different configurations between servers, for now keep the Gzip option disabled in the current hosting to make it work.

Hi @hossvsa after looking for a solution it seems that is what I was supposed to.

Many W3 Total Caches users are experiencing this problem, what you should do is disable the Gzip compression option from W3 and then clear the cache.

Could you tell me what kind of WordPress versión are you using?

Because when you are creating a link in WordPress there is a checkbox in the old WordPress versión and a switch in the new version where you can activate open in the same windows or in a new windows your link.
