In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Google Search Results Adding Events to Post DescriptionHello Shelby,
Please see this screenshot: https://bacontoday.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/google-screen-cap.jpg
I no longer have this issue since I disabled widget from my posts, but it was doing the same thing as in the image above. I got the image from a similar issue that occurred 9 months ago and posted by another user. Here is that thread as well: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/google-search-results-adding-events-to-post-description/This issue occurred in the past, but then got fixed. It has now re-occurred again after latest release.
Thanks for assistance.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Google Search Results Adding Events to Post DescriptionHi Shelby, thanks for taking care of this issue. I am using The Events Calendar (not PRO). For the moment, I had to disable widget to stop the events from showing up in Google search results under my blog posts. Same thing I did 9 months ago as well.

In reply to: [Customizr] Images display very large in postsrdellconsulting, you saved me! Thank you for the tip. It worked. I was about to start updating my posts with new images. Thanks again – hopefully the theme author will fix this soon – I do like that load images on scroll feature for performance reasons as I have lots of images on my posts.
You rock, rdellconsulting!
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Google Search Results Adding Events to Post DescriptionHello Brian,
I see a similar issue.
I am trying out Events Calendar and looking to upgrade to Pro. I added an upcoming Events Widget to my blog posts. now, when I do google search and my blog post comes up in results, it shows upcoming events right under the blog post result. Moreover, the URL for those events points to blog itself, not actual events. This is not something I want to happen.
I removed the widget from my blog posts, but events still who up under blog posts in Google still appear. How long does it take to refresh results?
Thank you,
Greg
