    Hi Ben

    Thanks for your suggestion.
I deleted all but 2 of the images, and still the page was the same.
I then removed the carousel completely and now it’s working. Fantastic!

What i don’t understand is why did the page stop working?, and why should this product page be treated differently as all product pages are controlled by the same template? are they not?

Also, why should other product pages with carousels work fine still?

As a bit of a newbie with wordpress i struggle with the logic sometimes!!

    Many thanks

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for looking.
Yes i’ve cleared the cache and the expired cached files several times since being aware of this, and it’s made no difference.
I’ve just updated to the latest Virtue but still the same.

I just don’t understand why this product page is acting differently to the rest.
Even when i duplicated the working 10m page, and edited all necessary parts, it became “corrupted” – How weird is that?!?

It’s almost as if the product page layout is only applied to a limited number of pages.
Also, i find it very bizarre the site wide notice is not displayed. Perhaps that is a clue to the underlying problem??

    Hi,
Many thanks for your quick response.
You are right! The emails are sent from woocommerce.
Would it be correct to say, the action of the user on the Worldpay payment page dictates which response code is returned from Worldpay to woocommerce so it can send the relevant email; “Success”, “Failure”, “Cancellation” etc?

If i use Paypal and cancel the transaction i receive the correct “Cancellation” email notification. If i use Worldpay and cancel the transaction i receive a “Failure” email.

I will contact Worldpay, and see if they have any suggestions.
    Thanks.
