Yes i do custom development for wordpress.
So in my IE 11 i can see 2 Tabs Business and Individual and i can switch between them.
The Problem is:
u switch to Business tab and choose an birthdate.
Then u can only see it on the Individual tab…
i think i can fix that. Do u have any preview page so u can give me login to it and i can test some thinks? Never seen a form with tabs and contact form 7.
