I agree, it was a very bad idea to destroy WP User Avatar like this. I think you were able to develop the new features in a separated plugin because it’s very strange to add them as an update to a plugin who has a very clear and simple task: make us able to use custom avatar on WordPress.

Thanks for your response. Before posting the problem here, I have disabled the plugin and checked the issue and is gone, that’s why I thought of your plugin as the origin of the issue. But now what I noticed is that the State field was enabled and required in the plugin fields manager, but it wasn’t displayed in the shipping address field when editing it, that’s why the plugin considers it as empty. Now I disabled it (the State field) and everything looks fine.

It is a real problem that forces me to not use this plugin anymore. Just recently, one of my customers told me that she isn’t receiving comments anymore for a long time, when I checked her website and tried to post a comment I was blocked by this plugin, so I have deleted it and used another one, and now she told me that everything is fine. This is just one case.
This plugin was excellent before releasing version 4, when this problem started to appear.

Thank you for your reply, but I think you don’t understand yet the real problem I mean and I’m facing (and I believe it is the same for many others). I’m not looking for a way to unblock me because I can do it, but the real issue for me is what to do if the plugin block normal users too as it blocked me? Because it may happen to other visitors of my website as it happened to me, especially after one of my clients contacted me because it was blocked from visiting his own website by the plugin, so this is the real problem and not how to unblock someone, as we can’t guarantee that only spammers are blocked. Visitors don’t care if their IP addresses are listed on third-party spam blacklists or not, so they will leave the website. I’m just asking to make the plugin working like it was before version 4 while it was doing only his job very well: blocking spammers from commenting or mailing, that is it, but now it is blocking spammers and normal users from visiting the website, and this is not its own job as an anti-spam plugin.
I hope you understand my real problem with this issue, because it is because of it I was forced to deactivate the plugin from all my and clients websites until this issue if fixed.

What do you mean by this? Because I haven’t sent you any email before, and this is my first post about that problem. I think it is not convenient to block or whitelist an IP, because we don’t know which visitor is blocked or not, so I think the good solution is to let the plugin block only while sending comment or email when it is a spammer, as blocking from the whole website it is not his job as I said. I believe it is an anti-spam plugin and not a security one.

Thank you for your reply. You can make it possible by assigning submitted properties to a registered user that we can choose from plugin settings, so every property sent by a guest will be assigned to that user and published as “Pending” property until an admin or an editor moderate and publish it. I know a theme has this feature to allow guests to submit properties, so it is possible, and if you can do it your plugin will be perfect.

But you can fork the plugin as it is open source, and share you copy without any problem. For example QuizMaster plugin is just a fork of Wp-Pro-Quiz plugin:

But they removed some important features (especially questions type like drag and drop).

Yes my sites are add-ons, and you are right, same unique configuration mess with the firewall, and websites becomes slow after installing the plugin on other websites.
I’ll try your first suggestion to disable the main php.ini, but the problem here is Ninja Firewall is protecting all websites, so I think it will be a conflict whit the main website.
I’v read your very detailed tutorial, and I think I can try it using root.php script.
What I see is Ninja Firewall working very well from the main website, if there is a way to pass some restrictions it will be very fine:
– Is there a way to allow administrators and editor on other websites to upload files during publishing posts? Because Ninja Firewall doesn’t allow that when upload file option is disabled from the main website.
