What I have in my Godaddy account is a primary website using WordPress, when I want to add another website with another domain name, I do it via Godaddy panel, so I link the domain to a subfolder in my account. The primary website files are in the root, but other websites are linked to subfolders.
I’v tried to install NinjaFirewall in another website on my account, and I was surprised that it’s working without any installation process! I’v then just verify its setting and all was not default, so I’v switched them to default choices. What I want to know is if is this normal? Because I can do the same with other websites. It’s like NinjaFirewall is using the same php.ini file (it’s user.ini by the way) without adding new lines to it.
Regarding CloudFlare, I’ll use “.htninja” user configuration file after reading your answer to my above question.

The same problem here. After searching I’v noticed that WP 3.7 was facing the same issue and it has been fixed in an update (3.7.1):

It’s the new version of the old BFI Thumb, and it does the job on the fly.

I’v described the situation I was facing in my post. If you are in my place, and tried to deactivate plugins until you deactivate yours, then the website becomes normal, how can you explain this? Perhaps there is a conflict somewhere, but I’m pretty sure it’s in relation with this plugin.
You can wait before trying to find and explanation, until other people face the same issue, or maybe it’s a special case happened just to me.

I’m not using smilies, I’v installed your plugin just to disable the new emoji added to wordpress as I don’t use them. I’m sure your plugin was slowing my website (back end and front end as well).

But why all caches are deleted? Isn’t better to just refresh the edited post/page cache?
As for testing bia FTP I’ll do it when I edit a post or a page.
Also I’v noticed another issue with my website, it looks like the plugin isn’t working, because there is no notice in the footer of the source code (like on the video), and also I see no combination of js and css files. May be because my theme doesn’t enqueue js and css via functions.php file?

You can overwrite the plugin files, but I think it’s better to deactivate then delete it, and then upload in install the old version.

Me too I don’t like this, and Id on’t understand why the developer will remove it.
Also the latest version comes with a lot of problem: reset custom setting, no meta description on categories archives, etc..
Waiting for developer fixes..

Same problem here, I think the latest release is not ok. For me my custom setting are gone, and no meta description for categories archives!
I’v tried to downgrade to older versions but the problem continues..
