The problem comes from a conflict with WordPress SEO by Yoast plugin. I’v tired to downgrade WordPress SEO by Yoast, so I’v tested v1.4.12 and 1.4.11 but the same problem, until I’v installed 1.4.10 so it works (Current WordPress SEO by Yoast version is 1.4.13).
Please try to fix that if you can. You can contact the WordPress SEO by Yoast’s developper for that.

The same problem here after upgrading to the latest version (2.6.2). I’v fixed the problem by downgrading to the 2.5.5 version:

You should use the older code to display post views.

Yes, I’v tested modification in functions.php file like described in the other discussion, but that didn’t work, and I think making it as plugin is better ans easier.

Thanks A.Morita for your code, but it seems not working on my website (it’s in arabic and using wp 3.5). I still see the new media manager I don’t like.
Any idea? Can you make the old media manager as plugin? I think many poeple will like it ??

Thanks for you replay.
It’s a Linux server with PHP 5.2.17 version.
The server doesn’t display any wp-filebase error in the log file, and the wordpress debug mode also.
