… I can’t imagine that.
You can see in the forum how fast @romik84 responds to problems and also here in the free version of the theme.
Issues cannot always be avoided, but are usually solved quite quickly by the developer. I am very satisfied anyway.Best Regards,

1.1.92 works fine, after updating to 1.1.93 the form is not shown.
After installing 1.1.92 again, anything is ok.Best regards
