hmm… no, no other plugin.
I use this nexgen widget since years and the slideshow in the sidebar was ok. For that i had a file named imagerotator.swf in the nextgen-gallery folder. Just after the update ther is that error showing.

Slideshow erfordert den Flash Player und einen Browser mit Javascript Unterstützung.

thank you for your fast answer!

I deactivated and deleted the Wordfence Plugin in the Admim Plugin section
after that i installed the new Version. Than an error appaer

“Die Datei konnte nicht kopiert werden. wordfence/images/forward_enabled.jpg”

I try to copy it with ftp
I tell you the result

Same error here.

WordPress was unable to save the your options to .htaccess or nginx.conf file.

I have the newest version 4.0.21 and WordPress 3.8.2
hmmm…
What to do, i’m confused.

Yes, it should be possible to prevent the WP from evil Logins.
Why we don’t make a white list with the usersnames?

If a hacker trys a different username (not on the white list)
—> Baned

So we do not give them several trys to reach the backend.

Problem is that I did know my password but not all the “normal Users”.
That’s the reason why I can’t set the Blacklist threshold to 1

But where was the data? In the wp-options?
I can copy the deleted lines into tzhe actuall wp-optons, or?

First I had deactivated the 3.6 Version in the Backend because I had this PHP Memory Limit error (which was not comes from this super Plugin!)
– Than I renamed the 3.6 Folder in contact-form-7_not-working
– Than I installed a older Version 3.5.4
– Than after the Memory Linit Probem was solved I made an update to the 3.6 Version and than i deleted in the backend the old Version 3.6 with the renamed folder

Solved.
I was at 1und1.de
They did an upgrade of the Memory Limit.

I was confused because the Plugin tells me I had 256MB, sorry.
