In reply to: [HandL UTM Grabber / Tracker] UTM Parameters not capturedThe free version has a known issue with caching sites because it does not utilize client-side tracking. Consider upgrading to the paid version to resolve this issue.

Are you using HandL UTM Grabber V2 (this version) or premium?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [HandL UTM Grabber / Tracker] No Tag generator toolbar buttonsYou are most likely using this version but seen a video / or docs for V3. In free version, you need to create the hidden fields manually. See here for V2 https://docs.utmgrabber.com/books/contact-form-7-integration/page/contact-form-7-utm-tracking-video-tutorial

In reply to: [HandL UTM Grabber / Tracker] UTM Parameters not capturedThanks for the update @johan-stam
If you are using the free version, this is right fix. But if you are on V3, you did not have to add the query args as exlucsions. It should have worked out of the box. Let me know please.

In reply to: [HandL UTM Grabber / Tracker] Cookies not securedwe’ve been handling this with customization for our clients.
But as of 2.7.28 (next release) this will be default.

In reply to: [HandL UTM Grabber / Tracker] Cache causing issuesBut just a reminder the cache would be impacting the server side of the plugin as well. If it is the case, then there is not much thing to do there. We usually recommend our clients to upgrade to V3 where we’ve resolved the caching problems there.

In reply to: [HandL UTM Grabber / Tracker] WooCommerce changes when switching to HPOSCurrently the plugin is not compatible with HPOS on the free version.
You can either wait for me to implement in free version. It could be couple months or upgrade to v3 (paid version), it already supports HPOS.
