Thank you for the response @wpallimport to your WP All Import plugin that has stopped working for us.

I’ve used the link you provide to your Portal Downloads. You said:
“We’ve fixed this issue in the latest BETA version from your Customer Portal… Install that one on your site, and let me know how it goes.”

Can you confirm what you mean by “that one”.

I see the following on the downloads page:
wp-all-import-pro_4.8.5
wp-all-import-pro_4.8.6-beta-1.8

We were using WP All Import (not pro). I don’t see the standard edition listed. So I have 2 questions for you:

Question 1: Are you asking us to use the Pro Edition?
Question 2: Do we need to rebuild the import and all the field mapping, or does your software take care of that?

Thank you for the response. I’m running Plugin version 3.73. This appears to be the latest version. I’m opening a Support request at the URL you posted above.

Ok. I’m looking at the wp-config.php file.

I see:
define(‘WP_CACHE’, true); //Added by WP-Cache Manager
define( ‘WPCACHEHOME’, ‘/home/avalonmc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/’ ); //Added by WP-Cache Manager

after that I see this, which is the GOTOMLS app:
<?php if ( file_exists(‘/home/avalonmc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gotmls/

I’m assuming when you say the whole line, you mean not to remove anything after “//Added by WP-Cache Manager”.

So remove the whole line as shown below…

Thank you Eli. I installed WP-Cache Manager plugin today. So I’m assuming I’ll have to look at some WP-Cache Manager documentation to learn how fix the broken output.

I’ll need to go into /wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/ and manually correct the output.

Sound like the right approach?

Hello forum:

I am trying to change the semi-transparent background in which the Slider Title is placed.

The title background is currently Black. I’d like it to be White, and make the text Red. I suspect I need to add something to the CSS. If this is true, what code would I add and where would I add it?

I’ve used this theme several timmes before on sites I just built. The settings you show are the exact same in Media area.

To clarify, when I insert a rectangular image in a post, the image is automatically resized and scrunched to square. The square shape is the same shape as the post’s picture that appears above the excerpt on the home page.

I’d to have some images in post be the size that I made them (e.g. rectangle).

Can someone help me with the above issue. The headlines in the featured posts on the home page (bottom left) seem to have a Headline length restriction.

The headlines for these posts on the home page get truncated after a certain number of characters.

I’ve not gotten a response from anyone and was hoping someone could suggest why this happens and how to fix it.

After I export the Theme can I just upload the theme to a new folder? So I only need the copied theme. No other components like a copy of a dbase?
