Switching the theme didn’t work. I updated Avada theme. Didn’t work. What did work though was there were Ajax cart settings in the Avada theme options that I missed. Setting those enabled the function. Thank you for your help!

Hi – thanks for getting back to us so quickly. Unfortunately, I checked the settings in the image and the item was already selected so it looks like something else is causing the issue.

I had to change the settings because I needed it unpublished. The screenshot was how it was setup before I exported it.

It has a screenshot of the expiration and the exported file. I have to deactivate the popin now on the site though.

I solved my issue. Having full_width=”true” pagination=”false” in the shortcake was the issue.

I’m using WP Bakery. Even with all plugins disabled minus yours it’s still an issue. I emptied and disabled the cache

That’s strange in that I did have 4.0.16 installed. The domain was switched in Shopify (somehow). I switched it back. We did want to use .myshopify.com. It’s back BUT now many of the products shortcake isn’t working.

My environment is 100% current everything is updated. Nevermind! Of course, after looking forever and finally posting, I found it by accident. For anyone else who might be having difficulty finding it, it’s in:

Advanced > Chart Size & Placement > Chart size/layout

We already went through the plugins to test for a conflict. Only when fullcalendar is disabled does the booking plugin function correctly.

I’ve had the same result with and without extra gallery images. It doesn’t affect the duplicate variation images.
