@thebrazeneye I solved that bug with two sites of privaty policy and terms of service. One for the footer and the other one for the register-site.

But maybe the bug was solved with new Buddyboss and BSR Plugins… i didn’t tried it yet.

thanks for you tests and answer. We have the issue after deactivate all other plugins too… maybe you can look on oure buddypress to reproduce the issue? i can give you a admin access… please tell me if you want look on it on oure buddypress.

the answer of your questions are.

1: yes, it was the first time the users earn the level.
2: yes, after the we saw that they unlock all ranks with only unlock one rank, we downgrade the rank in the gamipress backend.
3: No, the user who unlock the rank, has reached no higher rank requiment.
4: Yes, we tested it with a new registered user and hab the same issue.

oure problem is, that we want to have rank lvl1 to be a requiment to unlock rank lvl2 and so on.. but if we add this kind of requiment, all ranks are unlocked after unlock rank lvl2 (lvl2, lvl3, lvl4, lvl5, lvl6 and lvl7).

at the moment the issue is not there, becouse we do not use requiment. at the moment if users unlock lvl2, only lvl2 is unlocked. but if users have enough points to unlock lvl4, after unlock lvl2, he can unlock lvl4 without unlock lvl3…

if we add the requiment, that lvl4 can only unlocked if, lvl3 is unlock and so on, the users get all lvls unlocked, after unlock lvl2 or lvl3 and so on… thats our problem…after add this requiment, we have this bug… and it doesnt matter if it is a old or a new registered user… we have the same bug on all profiles.

i dont know why… but we have the same bug again, that after unlock 1 rank (next rank) all ranks are unlocked… the only change we did, after everything was ok, is that we make requiments to unlock ranks. we make reqiments to unlock first rank lvl1 tu unlock lvl2 and so on… and now we have the problem again, that after unlock the next rank, all ranks are unlocked… can you please look on it again?

Hi, me again, one Problem is left… After unlock a rank, everything ist OK again, but it does not make a post in the activity. The Option is set, but after unlock a rank, there is no post that a member has unlock the rank im the activity…

Everything you say i did bevor.

I use: 1) Earn an amount of points, that will based the rank completion on the points that user has earned

And 2) To get activities entries from ranks earned you need to activate it on the rank type edit screen and check the option “Rank activity entries”

My Problem is, that everything was fine with 1.7.5 but after update 1.7.6 i have this Problem, that after unlock one of the rank ( lvl 2-6), always the last rank is unlocked (lvl 7).

i mean gamipress update 1.7.6

and after update 1.7.6.1 now i have the same bug…

i notice that after unlock rank with points, it do not post it in the activity-feed anymore too…

Hi, but it doesnt matter. i make a “?” in the front of the letters and now it looks good. thank you for your fast help and this great plugin.

I think it is the font size that is to big… because the “sign out” font size is a little bit to big too…
