@wfgerald looks like the manual whitelisting didn’t work after all. Learning mode makes the firewall still block it for the same reason.
I already whitelisted it manually and that seemed to have helped.
Not sure if that is correct, though.

We have only whitelisted one IP (internal network), the attempts to login with the username [login] are coming from other countries/servers that have no relation to us. Here are the most recent ones:
