Also, even when I turn off Bibblio plugin entirely and update posts, that data as mentioned above still remains on AMP version of page.

When I highlited it in Chrome Dev Tools. This is what you could see: https://imgur.com/a/fYdEYKL

I believe this is something to have with schema.org on my site but I don’t know how to fix it.
