Thank you Vrunda Kansara. Absolutely love your product. So amazing working with these website templates.
I was unable to access the WP dashboard as well. The plugin somehow caused this problem. I had to log in to my hosting account (I use InMotion Hosting) and use the Softaculous script installer to remove the WP installation…then delete the add on domain and start from scratch. Once I added the add on domain back I reinstalled WP using Softaculous and then was able to get into my website once again. This time I did not search for the Starter Templates plug in…instead I downloaded the file from the www.ads-software.com site then uploaded it into WprdPress and installed it. There were no issues with this process. Keep in mind that I am not a hi level tech. I am sure there is a better fix but that is all I knew how to do. I am happy to see it is fixed and the plug in is still something we can all use because I think it is the best thing ever. Hope that helps.
Cool…yes…only took me 4 hours to figure that out….learning in the trenches.
The download link on this page worked. The one downloaded from my WP dashboard must be corrupted. I was able to download a template full website no problem with this plugin on this page. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/astra-sites/

Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Malware Redirect DiscoveredI have this issue now as of 2 days ago…with my website for which I am the only user. Now I have two users…myself and some hacker with the same name and website address as mentioned by Jernatety1 who started this thread.
I keep deleting to no avail. I changed my login user name AND password….to no avail. This thing just keeps coming. I just leave it there now and changed it from Administrator to No Role but I don’t know if that will protect me any.
I have noticed during the last two days also Brute attacks constantly on my website…nonstop. I don’t know what to do. I am not tech savy enough to do any of the tech remedies discussed here. My host, InMotion Hosting, is going to run a scan but I havent’t heard. Same problem as Jernatety1 but I don’t have any of the suspicious plugins mentioned. I may just have to erase everything and build a new site. It’s not a complicated site. May spend less time doing that than trying to fix.
I might try upgrading to the Loginizer pro…it’s just $24 but I don’t know if that will fix anything.
