The more I think about it, the more I realise that this almost definitely isn’t a bug – I was just confused about what the numbers meant. I would close this issue, but I don’t know how to.

Ah, I’ve just realised the numbers actually do make sense, the total is the total for all-time, isn’t it?

Yes, that was the version I used.

I got impatient, so I tried the dev version. It’s still not working for me.

Seems to work every time now, even though the error appears, so whatever the problem was it seems to have gone away now.

Sounds plausible, I’ll contact my web host.

It doesn’t looks like it. I get the following at the end of the log, implying everything was fine:

It seems all was fine, so I’m not sure why the error came up.

Ah okay. When that is released as stable I will update and confirm that my issue is fixed.

I have this issue as well. I always have to watch as it makes the backups because sometimes it doesn’t back up tables even if all are selected.
