I see what you’re saying, but my favicon has never worked in IE, which doesn’t bother me. Then I updated to 4.1 and suddenly all 3 browsers that it did previously work in have the same bubble…does that not point to more than a browser issue since it’s an across-the-board issue in every browser that previously worked?

I just tried another computer to make sure. There’s no favicon in IE, but it shows up in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, each time with the red bubble. Can you see it in any of those browsers?

If anyone even knows what the red number bubble is called, I would really appreciate the info!

Where in wp-settings.php or wp-config.php do I add the line? I was trying to go by these instructions but they didn’t really specify where to add the code.
