that seems to have worked as there is now one form and the one i want.. but when i click in the enter email address box and name it wont let me ??

i dont have another plugin installed ive just checked only MC for Woocommerce.
For some reason two boxes are still appearing.. one that has been made in Mailchimp with same fields etc and then the other form – 03 .. which is the one i want..

I have watched tutorials now on youtube and cant figure out what im doing wrong ?
As soon as I select Mailchimp as my email solution a signup form with boxes appears, one that has been made in MC.. there doesnt seem to be anywhere to enter a LIST ID either as ive seen in some tutorials …
i then click on form design 03 and then both boxes are inserted into the post ??
