I am not able to reset my password. I dont have any password from i ordered the add-ons. When clicking Reset Password it says a email will be sent, but i dont receive anything. Checked spam also – no mail.

I have issue know with the Conditional Logic. WHen try to hide it until when something should be checked, it is still there. Hmmm…

I can only HIDE a layer when seleceting something. But i cant hide anything until anything is checked.

If a field/layer/content is hide by the Conditional Logic Add-on. Will it be hidden from the cart and order data as well? Or will it appear any way?

Why i ask, is that we need to ask a customer for example: Do you need complete pair (left and right) or One side only. If they choose One Side only, we dont need the question about the pair/single side to appear in the order data.

But is it some how to controll the size of the “buy” button? It seems it is auto, and become very big. That is inside the configurator and on the product page (phone only). It fills out the screen on product page and the row.

To fit our “brand”. We like the buttons in one size and not i capital letters. Just like the “Subtmit” button when writing a reply here in the forum.

It works great on computer/desktop, but on mobile – the pricing is wrong. I was able to remove the QTY field, because i removed it from the product it self. So that worked.

But the pricing on smartphones is strange, it dont fits. Seems the rows is to small on responsive. Can it be fixed easy by cahnging the CSS code?

I had the same issue and found out it was the Zendesk Support for Wordpross plug-in that was the issue. When disabling it, it works.
