Still confused. The words that appear on the tabs on that top horizontal bar. Each one is a Menu? Menu Label? Menu Item?

And then the things listed underneath each tab those are . . .Items?

I will. But I don’t want the Page & Category names to show up as Menus . .

I don’t mind losing these – I can recreate them. I just want to solve this!

Ok, maybe I don’t understand what the Primary Navigation Pull down is.

You mean in the Theme Locations box where it says “Your theme supports 1 menu. Select which menu you would like to use.”

That’s the place I was talking about on the left. The pull-down menu lists all those things in my previous post.

The Dashboard doesn’t have Matilda Rescues the Robot or Zayna’s Top Ten as menus. To the Dashboard, those are just Pages.

I click on every Save Menu button I see, sometimes twice. It’s like there’s a great big UPDATE TO WEBSITE button somewhere and I’m just not seeing it.

All of my new menus that I’ve been trying to create:
About, Contact, Just for Kids, My Books.

The Dashboard acknowledges their realness, but it doesn’t translate to the website.

Is it because I didn’t use custom links or link targets or any of that kind of thing?
