I am having trouble w/ the plugin.
It seems to work fine in the mobile version of the site, but I do not get the appropriate “create account” page when I click “register” in a regular browsers window (FF or IE7 / IE8).
I have tried all kinds of setting combinations.
All I want is to require the invitation code.
