Sorry to hear you’re running into that issue! I’m wondering if there is anything about the type of form you are using that might be interfering with WP Super Cache.

As a test, could you temporarily replace one of your forms with a Jetpack Form and see if the page gets cached? Or you could create a new test page with a Jetpack Form and see if it gets cached ok.

Also, have you already checked your settings to make sure there’s nothing here that would prevent those pages from being cached? https://d.pr/i/vUvc4a

Sometimes this error can be caused by a theme conflict; could you try temporarily switching to a default theme like https://en-gb.www.ads-software.com/themes/twentytwenty/ and seeing if you can reconnect?

Thanks for those details! I’m a bit stumped so far; I haven’t been able to re-produce the issue on a fresh test site.

Next, could you please try:

1. Totally uninstalling Jetpack Protect from WP Admin and starting again
2. If you get the same spinning error, could you open up the console in your browser and see if there are any errors when you click the “start for free” button?

Thanks for writing. Even though the error messages appeared after installing Jetpack, I don’t think they are directly related to Jetpack. They include the text /seo-by-rank-math, which indicates it’s related to this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/

Is that a plugin you have or ever had installed on your site? I would recommend reaching out to their support to find out what those error messages mean and what steps you may need to take.

Thanks for that. As expected, I don’t see any Jetpack connection for those sites which makes sense if you haven’t been able to get pass the “Start for free” button.

So we can keep investigating, could you please share these details:

1. The steps you’re taking to get Jetpack Protect? Are you starting from Jetpack.com, from your WP Admin plugin section, or from the www.ads-software.com plugin repo?
2. A screenshot of the “Start for free” button you’re getting stuck on (to make sure we’re on the same page)
3. An example site where Jetpack Protect is working for you
4. Can you pinpoint anything different about the two sites where it’s not working? Any specific plugins they have that the working sites don’t?

Can you do something like this to only display them on Blog Posts, rather than by default on CPTs:

1. Navigate to your?Single?(blog post) template.You can learn more about?editing theme templates here.
2. Add a new block to the template, either with the in-post block selector or using the block selector in the post toolbar. For more detailed information on adding Jetpack blocks, see the?Jetpack Blocks?page.

I’ve run some tests and adjusted a couple of things on our side, with respect to Jetpack’s syncing with your site. Could you please:

1. Update to Jetpack 13.7
2. Reconnect Jetpack to your site

After you’ve done that, please let us know if the high volume of POST requests is still there and we’ll keep digging.
