I am having this exact same issue and now have orders I’m unable to process due to this. History:
1. Installed the plugin successfully and had it connected to Facebook.
2. Decided I didn’t want woocommerce directly connected to Facebook in this manner so I disconnected per instructions, removed plugin, deleted catalog from Facebook, removed app, and deleted user.
3. Checked my orders on Facebook and it still shows orders are managed by woocommerce.
4. New order came in, it too shows orders managed by woocommerce but now both are stuck “waiting for acknowledgement from woocommerce”
I really need help on this as this is going to affect my customer’s experience.
